The Founder
Caroline Margerit is Attorney-at Law and set up SYNAPTAX Law office in Luxembourg to provide result-oriented tax services tailored to the needs of the clients.
She graduated from a French Tax Master from Paris V, a Real-Estate Law Master from Paris I and a Master in Management Accounting from HEC Paris. She takes special care to ensure that the financial aspects are properly taken into consideration during the design of your tax strategy.
She has been in charge, for the last 20 years, of the tax management of Mergers and Acquisitions, cross-border financial transactions, and Intellectual Property reorganizations for multinationals (Schneider Group, Natixis ( Investment bank) and Accenture Group).
Her priority: defining an efficient tax strategy that mitigates the tax risks of your international financial investments.
